Just a couple of the reasons why Caitlin Mecham is my BF fo' life

C8 has been my best friend pretty much since the first night we spent in our tiny shared room at Snow Hall 208 in 2007. We've been through some crazy times these passed couple of years and I couldn't imagine what college would be like without her. She'll be leaving me next semester to study at the U, then will come back for our final Senior semester at USU! I promised Cait I would dedicate a blog to her since I neglected to give her a shout out on the mic when we traveled to Bend, Oregon for my flowrider competition. So, Cait.....this ones for you.
1. She is most definately the smartest person I know and will never hesitate to ramble off every vitamin and nutrient essential to nutrition or give you every fact about the benefits of breast feeding, regardless if you're at a nice restaurant or family gathering.
2. Our freshman year of college we spent half of our earnings on Tall Tee's.
3. Her favorite bands are as follows: Beastie Boys, 50 cent,and the shins. Watches more BET than the people I gave loans to in Alabama at my previous job.
4. Mid conversation her right eye will roll to the side and the back of her head, sometimes without warning.
5. Can squeal at decibels only heard by small animals.
6. Regardless of what she says, she posses many skills and is the top of her class at Utah State.
7. Knows a lot of famous people, and if she doesn't know them personally her cousin-aunt's nephew's brother were her neighbor at some point in time.
8. Has let me borrow her school parking pass even when she needed it: true friendship right there!
9. Always volunteers to be my art project guinea pig even when that means smothering her face in vaseline and black makeup.
10. Is so desperate to have children that she spends half of her time plotting to kidnap them at the gym she works at in the summer.
11. Will get up and dance with me anytime, anyplace, anywhere.
12. Together, I think we've streaked every square inch of campus.
13. The shewolves would never have been the shewolves had she not introduced us to this woman Shakira.
14. Knows enough stats on the Utah Jazz to write a book.
15. Will NEVER back down from a dare.
16. Probably one of my favorite memories of cait: We're at Olive Garden and our waiter comes by to pick up the check and says, "Is your card in there?" She replies, "Just my v-card." And I can't remember but I'm pretty sure she got his number.
17. Hates all the food staples I eat to survive including meat, potatoes, and cheese but will eat a whole tub of frosting in one sitting.
18. Will someday get married and leave me to have a family but will always be my GF (we were once even fb official.)
19. The most selfless human being I have ever met in my life.
20. I can honestly say that had it not been for cait I would have dropped out of school, quit my job and would now be living in a van down by the river eating government cheese. Thank you for always inspiring me to be true to my morals, my ambitions and most importantly myself! Love you Cait!!
